Navigating the middle school years can be challenging, not just for kids, but for parents too. Roots and Wings offers a supportive space to address adolescent challenges, strengthen connections with your tween/teen, and prioritize your own well-being. Join us for guided discussions, shared experiences, and practical tools to help you thrive in this evolving phase of parenthood.

When: Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 pm, weekly

Cost: $25 per session, 6 session commitment
