We are not in-network with any insurance companies or health management organizations (HMOs). However, many clients use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy. We’re happy to provide a superbill (detailed invoice) after each session that you can submit to your insurance provider.
We recommend calling your insurance company before your first appointment to ask:
Do I have coverage for outpatient mental health services?
What is the reimbursement rate for sessions with an out-of-network provider?
Do I need to meet a deductible before I can be reimbursed?
We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for therapy sessions.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please reach out—we’re happy to talk with you about your options.
We know it can feel like a big step to call a therapist, but we’ll make it easy. We’ll spend 15-minutes on the phone and will let you know how or if we can help. If we are not the right fit, we’ll do our best to get you to the right person.
Our specialties include: Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Pregnancy and Postpartum Therapy, Couples Therapy, and workshops for new and soon-to-be parents.
